Operator: leadership needs to be embedded
Operator provides fractional growth leadership and deeper implementation support. The published fee is USD 2,999 per month with a six-month minimum. Routine daily media buying and unlimited production remain outside the standard scope.
When the constraint is unclear
The Growth System Diagnostic is a 14-day engagement at AED 7,500 once. It establishes the current state and a prioritised 90-day sequence. All published fees exclude 5% VAT. Specific responsibilities and deliverables are agreed in the written scope before work starts.
