Senior time is reserved for you from the day an engagement is confirmed. This policy is designed to be fair to both sides. If your signed agreement sets different terms, those terms apply.

When we will refund

  • If we cancel an engagement, or cannot start it, we refund all prepaid fees for work not yet performed.
  • If we fail to deliver a paid deliverable and do not remedy it within 15 business days of your written notice, we refund the fees for that deliverable.
  • If you are billed in error or charged twice, we refund the excess in full.

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria, we first revise or re-perform it at no extra cost. A refund applies if we cannot put it right.

What is not refundable

  • A month of a retainer once that month has started.
  • Work already performed, or milestones already delivered and accepted.
  • Third-party costs bought for you on request, such as software licences, stock assets, data or paid tools.
  • Advertising spend. It is paid directly by you to the platforms and is never held or refunded by us.
  • Delays caused by missing access, approvals or client dependencies.

Pausing an engagement

Once during an engagement, you may pause a retainer for up to 30 days with 15 days' written notice. The minimum term is extended by the length of the pause. Fees are not charged for the paused period.

How to request a refund or cancel

For Indian clients, a GST credit note is issued under Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017, against our GSTIN 06AABCY9453B1ZC. We do not cover bank charges, intermediary fees or currency conversion differences.
