Your channels are running. What connects them?
A busy growth stack can still be a disconnected one. The useful question is whether signals travel far enough to change the next decision.

Field Notes
Thinking on growth architecture, AI visibility, measurement, and the decisions that connect them.
AI visibility begins with better questions.
We start with a fixed set of buyer questions. We check them the same way each time and record what the AI answers actually showed.
Before the agent, write the decision rules.
Before you hand work to software, write down the judgement calls it has to make.
A priority should say what it displaces.
A list of worthwhile ideas is not a sequence. A priority becomes real when the team understands its cost and what will wait.
A dashboard needs a decision to serve.
Before selecting charts, identify the decisions the dashboard must support and the people responsible for making them.
Designed to hand over, from the first day.
A transferable system reduces dependence on the person who built it. Handover belongs in the design, not at the end of the engagement.
Advisor, Architect, or Operator?
The right plan depends on how much you need us to own, and how much your team can already build.

Start with the current state.
Leave with a sequence your team can use.
