Does YERID manage campaigns every day?
Routine daily media buying is outside the standard engagement. YERID provides strategy, architecture, implementation support, QA, and selected hands-on changes within written guardrails.
Where should we start?
Start with the Growth System Diagnostic when the constraint is unclear. It costs AED 7,500 once, excluding 5% VAT, and produces a current-state diagnosis and prioritised 90-day sequence in 14 days.
What does Architect include?
System design, operating artefacts, implementation support, and one production automation per quarter. The fee is USD 2,499 per month, excluding 5% VAT, with a three-month minimum. The detailed scope is agreed before work starts.
Who owns the system after the engagement?
The work is designed to hand over. Documentation, operating procedures, and training transfer capability to your team. Specific ownership and licensing terms belong in the written agreement.
Who is accountable for the work?
Lex leads YERID and remains accountable for strategy, architecture, and consequential decisions. The practice is deliberately capped so the senior layer remains real.
